By using FishInsight (fishinsight.ai), you agree to these terms. FishInsight is operated by UITL (User In The Loop).
Service Description
FishInsight provides AI-powered fishing intelligence for Puget Sound marine areas. Our reports combine data from WDFW, NOAA, local catch reports, creel surveys, and fishing community content to generate daily fishing briefs.
No Warranty on Fishing Advice
Reports are for informational purposes only. FishInsight does not guarantee the accuracy of any fishing advice, catch predictions, or bait recommendations. Fishing conditions change rapidly and our AI analysis may not reflect real-time conditions.
Always verify regulations directly with WDFW before fishing. The Washington Department of Fish & Wildlife ( wdfw.wa.gov) is the sole authoritative source for fishing regulations, season dates, and emergency rules.
Accuracy & AI Limitations
We pull from real data sources, but AI can make errors. Reports may contain inaccuracies in catch estimates, bait recommendations, or area assessments. Historical comparisons are approximations, not precise measurements. Emergency regulation alerts are sourced from WDFW's RSS feed but may have a delay.
Limitation of Liability
FishInsight and UITL are not responsible for any fishing decisions, losses, fines, or consequences resulting from use of our reports. You fish at your own risk and are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
Your Account
One account per person. Do not share your login credentials or session with others. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically download report data
- Use automated tools to access the service at high volume
- Redistribute our reports commercially without permission
- Attempt to disrupt or overload the service
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Affiliate Links
Some gear and bait links in our reports are Amazon Associates affiliate links. We earn a small commission on purchases made through these links. This is disclosed in our Privacy Policy and does not bias our recommendations. Gear suggestions are based on AI analysis of fishing data, not affiliate partnerships.
Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action, except in cases of severe abuse.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of FishInsight after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
